Orders and Shipping
We deliver our watches worldwide and free of charge, so wherever you are in the world, let your Octon adventure begin – you should have a watch on your wrist within 5-10 working days.
If you need to change your shipping address please email us as soon as possible at orders@octonwatches.com stating your order number and new address.
You will be sent a tracking number soon after placing your order, and can use this to track your shipment. If you have any other questions please email us at orders@octonwatches.com
All watches and items on our UK site are shipped direct from the UK, shipping is free and there are no additional taxes or charges – what you see is what you pay.
Yes we ship to the UK, and all watches and items are shipped quickly and fully insured from UK stock.
Yes all orders are shipped in one secure and fully insured and tracked package.

If for any reason you are not happy with your Octon purchase, please contact us via orders@octonwatches.com and let us know within 30 days. We will provide you with prepaid return shipping labels. All we ask is that products are in unworn condition, with all wrapping as they were received, and are packaged securely for return transit.
